Our system asks a few quick questions upfront so we can route calls efficiently and make sure the right rep has the details they need before jumping on the line, but if it felt like it was just getting in your way, that's feedback we want to hear.

We want calling in on a load to be quick and worth your time, and we appreciate you telling us when it isn't.
This company booked a meeting with my company and didn't even attend, I attempted to call them during the meeting time and nobody would answer eventually hanging up the phone straight away after my third attempt. I suspect this company to be fraudulent due to suspicious behavior that is in no way professional.

IM A FRIEGHT BROKER, I HAVE NEVER HAD A DISPATCH LIE TO ME, AND LIE TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. I SPOKE TO GANI WHOM HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES, TOLD ME A "DRIVERS' NUMBER THAT WAS ALSO A COMPLETE LIE. I WILL BE SUING THIS COMPANY IN FEDERAL COURT.
The rate sheet says payments will be 30 days after delivery, while we are still waiting for 73 days and looking for it. And they are bad on payments!

This place is a joke. Tried to bid on a couple of different loads and they locked me out. Said I was a broker. Not. Just trying go load my truck. BIG JOKE. Don't waste your time with them.

The "dashboard" is vibrant and allows me to visually see where trucks are.
Using the "network providers" function allows me to send one e-mail to our carriers to get spot quotes and collect these quotes in one space.
This save a lot of time for my staff as opposed to sending multiple emails and then having to read each response
