I have started to use Emergency Food Storage during 2016. All orders have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, products have lived up to expectations. I cannot fault this company and highly recommend them.

Perfect for camping where you have to carry your own food as tastes 100% better than what you get in the British Army!! Ideal for long-term food storage as you can never have enough food stored away for an emergency!

Buying a large quantity of storable food, was easy. The experience was simple and delivery fast. I recommend them not only for good products, but their customers service is superb.

The products this company issues really gives peace of mind to the buyer. I have a cousin who has filled his garage with boxes upon boxes of food -- enough for a whole family over the course of 3 months. I always thought if something happened I would go stay with that side of the family. But now that I discovered the affordable and dependable products from EFS, I can feel secure in my own life situation and home. Also, the service was very helpful, even up to the management level. Quality team. Definetly will be keeping up with this company and the market it works in.

Big brown box arrived in perfect condition .No holes or dents. Interior box with large hole at one end. Six tins, 3 damaged. 1 tin very dented and with small puncture on crease of dent. 2 other quite badly dented. Two tins had to be discarded as unfit to use. Obviously box had been punctured by metal spike, indicated by scratchings on the punctured can. This damage had definitely and quite obviously occurred prior to dispatch. In middle of field trip, resting at base camp for few days, needed immediate replacements.
E.F.S. company policy dictates lengthy process of of returning whole consignment before replacement of damaged tins. Two weeks not available for us.
Thirteen people on short breakfast rations.Our "company" gives a definite thumbs down to yours, and we think that replacement should have been dispatched a.s.a.p after the hundreds of pounds spent on foods .
Very poor and shortsighted customer care.

Quick delivery of Mountain House meals and some of the best I've tasted at a very good price. Would definaty use again.

Arrived reasonably fast, well packaged, my only gripe would be that in one box of 6 tins every tin was quite bashed and dented. Of the 10 boxes I got these were the only dented tins.

emergencyfoodstorage got in touch and all tins were replaced within a week . Good customer service.

I ordered 6 months emergency food, the money was taken immediately off my credit card. Apparently there has been a run on emergency food supplies. However 1 week later my order was showing 'initial' I had to call to find out why. I am still waiting. I can understand a situation like this but customers should be informed as exactly how long they are expected to wait. In addition most companies take credit card details but do not charge until the product is shipped.

I really am impressed! Friends and I have placed several orders over the last few years. I just wished that there was a greater range of freeze dried meals....now there is !! I ordered again in February and got a fantastic Aquamira water filter absolutely free !! I have actually gone so far as to recommend this company on a Preppers site!
