Emilia Food is always reliable in providing me with products that I cannot easily get outside of Italy. Shipping is immediate. I made many orders and each transaction has been perfect.

Everything I have ordered has been fantastic. Highly recommend this company. The salami is so outstanding I keep a stash of it in the refrigerator.

I ordered Guanciale (230g) and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 (2kg). Both items arrived with a temperature of 86.4 degrees Fahrenheit (30.22 degrees Celsius). I took pictures of the thermometer when I received them. I reached out to customer service via both of their methods and did not receive a response in a week. I reached out again and they replied that "The temperatures you measured immediately after delivery reflect the package after transport and do not, by themselves, indicate that the products are unsafe." Do they expect me to find out they are "unsafe" by consuming them first and getting sick? The package on the Guanciale was also leaking after most of the fat had been rendering out due to the temperature. The customer service team kept ignoring my responses and saying that my email "Unfortunately, your original email with the photos was mistakenly filtered into our spam folder, so we only found it later." They said this happened to multiple of my responses. The parmesan cheese was melted on the edges and corners also showing the high temperatures. I have been a LONG time customer and made 10+ orders with them, but they were unwilling to stand behind their poor service and fix the issues. It has been over a month since my order and the issue still has not been resolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM EMILIA FOODS if you expect any support from them, you can find lots of other places that offer the same products plus they stand behind the services.

The cheese arrived very warm and oily looking on side of wrapper. You did explain that’s the way you you ship these items. I have ordered this item before and it was packaged better. I haven’t made up my mind to use or discard it.

Package arrived fast after it cleared customs. I would recommend more ice packs in the box with a little more insulation, it was over 100 degrees when the package was delivered.

The cheese is excellent. The service was great also.

The food is amazing, and the selection is good. Shipping... I either do all my shipping in the winter or do not order. Second order and everything in the box is either hot to the touch or liquid. If the items are shipped from a stateside location, they can do better. If the items are arriving from overseas, then I understand.
