Best parmesan ever had. Ordered on a regular basis. Delivers very quickly from Italy. Won't use any other parmesan but this. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pecorino also first class. Buy parmesan and 4 olive oils at a time several times a year.

I received the item which was supposed to be refrigerated, cold pack was warm , you need to go with dry ice or something better, not sure if I’ll ever use you again…..🤨

I love the Parmesan cheese from your company. It tastes so much better than grocery store cheese and I know it’s a healthier choice. I also enjoy the quick delivery. In the past I purchased the pecorino with truffle and I use it in potato stacks, risotto and pasta dishes absolutely delicious.

Bought the cheese grater and grated cheese glass container with “airtight” seal. Love storing my cheese in glass, but after a while, the air tight seal is not so tight. The crater is most effective on a huge block of cheese and less so a something smaller. Like it anyway!

Unfortunately the two chesss i bought came and they were warm and a bit melted. Im sorry to say. I emailed to ask what should i do? But no response. I did put in the refrigerator. I have not opened yet. Im hoping its ok but on that day it was a very hot day. Cheese was hot.
