Love this box

I have subscribed to this box off and on for over two years now and I'm so confused about the negative reviews. People complain about getting the wrong finish but you're asked what finish you would like when you sign up.
Also, people have complained about not liking their jewelry item; that's the risk you take with a subscription box.
I've also seen some people complain about quality and I just don't understand that. This is an exclusive jewelry piece from France and the subscription cost is SO reasonable! I have received about eight or more boxes now and while there has been a box or two that wasn't necessarily my style most of them I love and wear all the time and they seem like fantastic quality to me. I've never had a single problem.
I didn't come on here intending to defend this company but I was genuinely surprised by the other reviews.
As for customer service I have had a lot of interaction with them and they have always been incredibly polite and timely in resolving things. I would say they seem a bit different in how they deal with things but they are French, I don't expect an American customer service experience from a French company and I think it adds to the charm. For example, I didn't receive my item once and they made me sign a paper swearing I didn't receive it with a picture of my ID. I thought that was super weird, but again, different country different policies. They've always resolved my issues.
Just to add, the box also includes French product samples which I love (my favorite nail polish came from one of their boxes) and a paper insert with style tips and such which is a lot of fun for those who are interested in such things.

Lovely Jewelry

Coating is off - Not a gold color

Hello
I have received my box of May. However the bracelet (the squarish one) is problematic. At least 3-4 squares are not coated in gold color. The coating is off. Therefore it seems like it is used/harmed.

(Even though we can not see perfectly in the photos, the discolouration is very strong. )

Very disappointed. We are not a member of yours for receiving this kind of bad quality/unwearable pieces

Is it normal?

I love the jewelry

I love the jewelry. And thThere is a sister site collaborations are fun! A madeleine was in my last box. There is also a sister site to buy more pieces from the collections the subscription piece comes from. My only complaint is that it is impossible to communicate with them. The system runs pretty smoothly on auto pilot but if there is anything you need to talk about, they don't respond to emails or the online contact form.

The entire package was crushed and…

The entire package was crushed and everything in it was wet. The jewelry bags had mold on them.

Update: Emma & Chloe’s wonderful customer service contacted me immediately to resolve, so one star for the shipping company but 5 stars for Emma & Chloe! Thank you for your help!

Disappointed with Silver

I've loved the gold products that I received but had more gold and wanted more silver items so switched to silver only. However I dislike the color and look of most of the silver jewelry. The most recent necklace looks somewhat tarnished and the silver is dark in color. Its disappointing and doesn't have the same look as the other gold pieces I like
