Ordered in April 2021 and never received my box

UPDATE: someone has finally reached out to me and solved the issue! I got the box I paid for - and it’s really pretty. Although a mistake was made - I really liked that they handled it well!!

I have ordered from them almost 4-5 months ago!!!! I never received the box and then suddenly I could not log back into account and when I did - it said no active subscriptions. I have the emails from when the order was placed! And one more saying it shipped but I never got it! I waited almost 5 months now.. I have even changed addresses and I don’t know what to do anymore! To be honest, I would LOVE LOVE to subscribe to them because I still believe they do have some of the most beautiful pieces but I don’t trust the shipping!!!

I love my Emma&Chloe boxes

I love my Emma&Chloe boxes! A friend first got me a subscription for my birthday and I loved the piece I received so much that I bought my own subscription afterwards. I wanted to rebuild my jewelry collection and the Emma&Chloé pieces have become staples for me in my every day wardrobe. Also the packaging the pieces come in is beautiful and feels very high end. I would highly recommend trying out this brand!

Last piece looked used

I received the last item of the gift jewelry package that my husband bought from you. I’m very disappointed with the last one. The necklace it’s been obviously used. The chain is discolored, the stone came out, and the inside of the clasp has black color caused by human sweat. I emailed a picture to your customer service over two weeks ago and I haven’t heard from you. I think your jewelry pieces are way overpriced.

I LOVE Emma & Chloé!

I LOVE Emma & Chloé! I first discovered the brand when I was in Paris about 7 years ago. At the time, the brand was still new and was only available within EU. I visited the site from time to time and found out they had a new subscription model recently and can ship to the US! I have been a subscriber for almost a year now and I love every piece of jewelry they send me. It's always a pleasant surprise to get something pretty in the mail every month. The customer service team is amazing, staying on top of my inquiry and always a quick turnaround (within 24 hrs because of the time difference).

Beautiful jewelry, a few kinks

Overall the solid gold jewelry is stunning and I receive so many compliments. I have had a few issues and outside of around February 2020 customer service has been pretty good. Of course I'm in the US so I understand the time difference.
I've received 7 boxes so far, my February box seemed to get lost in shipment and customer service ended up looking into it and the box finally arrived roughly the same time as March. At that point I had wanted to cancel but couldn't I'm actually glad I didn't because I've loved these last few boxes.

They get 4 stars because although there has been a few kinks I've actually had good experiences with CS and the jewelry is beautiful.

If ordering from US just keep in mind it takes a few weeks to get to at least the east cost and does ship through the post office.

I am not sure what is going on in this…

I am not sure what is going on in this company.Maybe a very small team that cant handle all the messages on time.Maybe a lack of right management because two times out of four my box was sent to the wrong destinations. Now, I couldn't login to my account and cancel the subscription because suddenly it was activated after I paused it! Thankfully the customer service canceled the subscription for me.
Truly, I really enjoyed the pieces of jewelry that were coming in the box, but the buying experience was so frustrating that I don't want to experience it anymore. Hopefully it will get better in the future.

Horrible experience - I feel robbed

Worst experience I've ever had with an online company. I ordered the subscription for a friend and no package ever arrived as they said they would. Customer service is seemingly nonexistent. I have been unable to log into my account or contact anyone from customer service. I am trying to get my money back but who knows if that will happen. I highly do not recommend this company, they will rob you and leave you in the dark. Lesson learned to never subscribe to a company that does not even have a phone number offered to their customers.

I consider myself to be a huge online shopper and I've never wrote any online reviews for any company ever (this is a first), this company has made me so frustrated with their lack of communication and care I felt the need to write a review. This was nearly a $200 subscription that I will get zero value out of.

Don't waist your money! They are robbers!

If I could have put minus a star here, I would have.

I have ordered a subscription for a friend more than two years ago.

Today I randomly saw an add from Emma & Chloé, I thought I would use this opportunity to write my review.

I paid for something that was NEVER sent. I contacted then several times (and they make it hard to contact them of course) but I managed to explained that their website seemed not to allow the subscription to start. I was explaining what was happening on my side, I explained what was happening on the side of my friend who was suppose to receive the gifts. But the only answer we got was to try again the exact same process.

We were well intentioned and we gave it a try a few more times.
Nothing was happening.

I sent a new message complaining. I received an answer, telling me to do the same thing as before. I didn't this time, replied right and away, threatened to go to the police for robbery.
This time I received an answer telling me that they would start the process of the subscription, only because we couldn't do it.

So I thought OK, well they clearly don't care about customer service but at least they're doing this, so we should move on and my friend could receive her birthday gift.

It's been two years, she hasn't receive a thing and my money is still in their pocket!!

A true bunch of incapables !! They simply don't care!
To be honest I don't even think they see or realize their problem.

Don't even bother buying there.
Etsy is a way better place for those king of stuff, at least there are true artists that care about their product and their clients.

Terrible CS

I ordered a box on April 18th, and I just received it today (June 23rd).

Their customer service is not helpful, not do they appear to care. They were "sorry I felt that way" when I provided potentially helpful feedback for their management, and could not even locate my order.

The jewelry I received is not at all a classic piece- it is quite ugly and cheaply made. I will not be wearing these, nor will I order from them again. I can't imagine a young company's management not being interested in optimizing the customer experience. Buyer beware! (At the very least, do not sign up for a recurring membership- I totally believe that people are unable to cancel their subscriptions)!

They Don’t Care

I asked to cancel my renewing membership that is almost 200$ as I currently need to save and spend money on important things due to the international crisis. I emailed them and asked them this as I had purchased my membership through a third-party and wasn’t aware it would auto-renew for another 6 months. They will not refund my order or cancel my membership due to their terms and conditions when I would much rather spend that money on food instead. Their lack of understanding during this time is absolutely insane and money hungry.

Impossible to cance the subscription to…

Impossible to cance the subscription to this cheap, costume jewelry. Even if this jewelry was worth the price, which it’s not as it’s incredibly cheaply made, when attempting to cance my subscription I mysteriously can’t log into my account. Even after resetting te password, any attempt to log into my account is thwarted as I immediately get kicked off. Thankfully I charged this on my credit card and can file for fraud.

I paid $10 for a "free box", but it was lost in shipping and Emma and Chloe said there was nothing they could do. If the product was lost by USPS then I should at least be refunded shipping. It is unacceptable and unprofessional that they consider their job done the moment something is shipped and not when it is received.

Terrible shipping, cheap quality schlock.

I am still waiting on my October box, and I doubt I will ever receive it. I have been told I will get tracking information any day now. I doubt that I ever will. Once a week I follow up and I get a response that shipping is out of their control. The worst part is that the jewelry I do get looks nothing like their pictures and frankly looks kind of cheap. I get it, you aren't paying a lot, you shouldn't expect the moon and stars, but I at least want stuff that doesn't look like it came out of Target.
