Appalling - 80% of items missing
Appalling service. My delivery was cancelled due to 'product not on truck'. I was then told it was at the back of the queue and they couldn't reschedule. Countless emails and phone calls later a package was carelessly thrown into my front garden. Unfortunately it was just one of my 5 items. I again phoned and phoned, was assured by Robel in customer service that he would get straight into the logistics team and phone me back within 30 minutes. He never called of course. Instead I start receiving emails confirming delivery of my order, others closing tickets raised for missing items and yet others asking for feedback congratulating themselves on a job well done. I still have received only one of my 5 items and will never use Emma again.

Great mattress but still smells kinda musty from vacuum packing
I love my new Emma mattress and my sleep has definitely improved.
However, the mattress arrives in a vacuum packed plastic bag and I can still get the smell of plastic/factory type smell off the mattress. Secondly, it is extremely heavy to lift upstairs (standard mattresses would be lifted upstairs by supplier) and is most definitely a 2 person job.

I ordered on black friday with…
I ordered on black friday with guaranteed Christmas delivery and have been let down repeatedly by the customer service team and the logistics team. It's now 22nd Dec no delivery no reply back from my continuous phone calls. Apparently their customer service team cannot contact their logistics team directly. I've spoken to 5 different people from their team who said they would get back to me by end of day which never happens. I have to say the misleading timeframes promised before you give them your money is shocking then once the sale is processed you are passed from one person to the next with excuse after excuse. If I could give zero I would. I don't recommend anyone to buy.

DISAPOINTED CUSTOMER
I didn't have a great experience.
I received no message from the delivery company regarding the delivery time and was not at home when they arrived. This meant that they left the mattress box on my doorstep where it could easily have been stolen.
While comfortable, when opened the mattress was very slow to expand and had still not quite opened to the stated size.

I would give zero if that was an option. The worst customer service ever. I bought a weighted blanket and the site said the removable bamboo cover was included with the blanket. Site also said the blanket itself was machine washable. The blanket arrived without the cover and the label stated handwash only. I contacted Emma and this led to 2 weeks back and forth including phone calls. I sent screenshots of what the site said so I assumed the cover would be sent. Not a chance. The best they could offer initially was for me to return for refund. As I was happy with the blanket and because of the environmental implications of returning the blanket for disposal I asked if it would not make more sense to just send the cover as advertised. The answer (eventually)
was no. They suggested I buy the cover from the site but I discovered the cover can’t be purchased separately. When I told them that they didn’t respond. So I returned and ordered a blanket with cover from Polar night. Avoid this company at all costs. Not sure what Emma Ireland means as they are not based in Ireland. Just another example of this company lacking in integrity, honesty and decency.
UPDATE following reply from Emma. I emailed and phoned countless times but met with either ‘sincere apologies for the delay’ with the reply or there is nothing we can do so return the blanket. I won’t be reaching out to them again as I don’t have time. I hate leaving negative reviews but on this occasion I wanted to warn others.

They’ve changed their material and composition of the Emma original hybrid and there is just no comparison to the original model I purchased in 2021 and 2023.
I bought a 3rd in 2025 and I’m offically not a returning anymore!
