So I've used Emma for 2 months
So I've used Emma for 2 months. From day 1 I have pooped daily except for twice. So I'd say it works and I'll keep using it. Does it resolve bloating? Not for me. Does it reduce gas? Mine is worse. Maybe that's ok as it shows the digestive tract is active. Coaching? It's just an upset. But it does what I needed.

It is easy to use and I feel that it worked somewhat but not greatly. I still have some
gas and some bloating. My stool's still pretty firm and don't feel like it got much of the old stuff. I was unsure if when I take 4 in a day if I should take them all at the same time or in 2 different doses. I still have approximately 3+ bottles left.

No more stuck poop and painful forcing things out!
I used Emma for a month and a half and it appears to have stopped my constipation problem and enabled routine regular morning bowel movements. Although I ordered three more bottles I have not needed to continue daily use. For me it was a game changer.

Bye bye baby bloat
After I had my 3rd baby, I struggled with the constant bloating that wouldn’t budge. Emma Relief has really helped me feel more comfortable and less puffy throughout the day. It took a little consistency, but after a week and half I noticed a difference in my digestion and bloating.

I had a 4 month supply and it work for…
I had a 4 month supply and it work for the first 30 days for the following: No more bloating, Gas but still had constipation. When I finally went to the bathroom I spent an hour on the toilet because pop keep coming out of me. I wanted to pop regular everyday so I am 2 weeks on Linzess. If Emma made me pop regular then I still be on it. I took Emma for 4 months.
