Makes great shirts but unfortunately customer service is severely lacking. On their website, they clearly state that UK VAT is subtracted for orders from outside the EU and UK but in reality this does not happen. When I contacted the customer service, they just said there was nothing they could do about it as Shopify was running the online business for them. The result of this is that you will pay double VAT if you order from outside the EU/UK (and presumably the store will pocket the UK VAT portion).
I called for advice, and was told to order two sizes and return the one(s) that didn't fit. As it happens, delivery took a while so I cancelled the order. Customer Services would not refund me and just wouldn't respond to most of my emails. In the end I had to take them to court, won, and am now chasing them for payment of their debt. Avoid!
Used to be great. Was a loyal customer for over 15 years. Now, zero customer service if any post sale issues. Sizing was off on 3 new shirts. They didn’t care and just ignored my emails.
