Their administration is absolutely pitiful. It took me weeks and weeks to get my account activated and when I finally did, I then got so fed up with trying to get a significant amount of cash invested that I threw in the towel. After about three months grappling with them, I rang to get my money out only to be engaged by a surly member of staff who could not believe my insolence at asking for my money. In contrast their competitors in the peer to peer lending are excellent and I am now invested across four very good and efficient companies in this sector.

Unreasonable - They ask you to give them all your login bank details - including memorable word and pass codes.
This has been stressed by banks not to give anyone this information including themselves, so why would they think its reasonable to give it to them.

I applied online for a loan with this company and today received a call from a rather surly lady named Liz. It does not state on their website that unsecured credit is only available to home owners and tenants need a guarantor so I don't appreciate my time being wasted or her attitude when this was pointed out
