I received a box in a package that was…
I received a box in a package that was completely unsuitable for shipping a collector's item. The cardboard box was almost open and there was practically no protective packaging inside, such as bubble wrap. In fact, one of the four corners was dented. I think it is disrespectful to a collector to send goods in these conditions. Terrible experience

SIZES DO NOT CORRESPOND TO DESCRIPTION!
I ordered a Medium size T-shirt after having double-checked the size chart and received probably an XL or even a 2XL.
I can understand a 2-3 cm difference but the article I got is completely over-dimensioned.
I am disappointed and “how can I buy other items if I cannot trust the size-chart at all?”.

Salve Maddalena! Non c'è nulla di anomalo, ci spiace che ci assegni 1 stella per una gestione dei resi molto comune negli ecommerce. Il reso è possibile e totalmente gratuito. Non vi è un cambio taglia, ma un rapido rimborso così che la clientela possa acquistare un altro prodotto a scelta (o un'altra taglia). In caso di pagamento in contanti è normale che vengano chiesti i dettagli bancari per il rimborso, nulla di strano o pericoloso.

Good price for cool clothes
Clothes are even better than they looked on pictures and clips. I bought a dress, 2 jumpers and 1 coat. I am a L size and I was worried because most of the models on their pictures were so skinny. Instead, I was very satisfied of the way they fit on me. The quality is good, although I found some good bargains in August. I would totally recommend EMP to all my friends looking for alternative clothing, which is so hard to find in shops, nowadays.
