Disaster
I've ordered a top with them when the top arrived I couldn't pick it up cause it was with the wrong name after I fixed that with customer service when I took the package home and I opened was not what ordered used without any tag and a size S I am a Xl wich is what I ordered it seems to me it was a scam never again buying from them I got no compensation whatsoever absolutely nothing very disappointing

Sizing is off
While I've been ordering from them for a while and been happy with them, they have declined in quality (especially size) as of late. I got a pack of 3x underwear as my latest purchase. 1 pair was way too small, tried on another and fitted well.
Before this, I got a jacket in size M and it seemed like S. My friend who is about my size and normally wears M tried it on and couldn't zip it. I made an exchange for L (which was quick and easy) and could barely zip it. The size difference wa minimal. Maybe they changed the producer, but as much as I enjoy their style, I will not order anymore.

Very disappointed
Contacted support 15 min after placing my order and asked for it to be cancelled. Got a reply next morning that they can’t cancel and have to send it anyway since it is too late now. Still it took them 3 more days after my support contact to send the package and I was charged with shipping fee both ways. I am very disappointed!!

In most cases we are able to stop the orders before they leave the warehouse, and in other cases the return should be free of charge so there has obviously been a misunderstanding here. took the money, never received what i ordered, no reply from customer support.
Have bought from the two or three times, it always arrived late but was still okay. However back in august i ordered a pair of pants, they said they will send an email when the order goes through, its been two months, I got no email but they took the money, customer support is not responding.
