I contacted Empire Pest Control in February 2026 and paid for the full service upfront. After more than two months, multiple visits, and repeated booking errors, not great communication from Oliver, chasing over the phone as well as e-mail,a technician who simply never showed up and a failure to book a senior technician I had specifically requested on two occasions, the full issue remains unresolved.

Key entry points were only identified around the fifth visit, which raises serious questions about the quality of the initial assessments. I was also given conflicting information about what was included in my package, with extra visits described to me as standard warranty follow-ups but later reframed by the company as a goodwill gesture.

Despite raising a formal compensation request multiple times in writing, I never received a response to it. Empire Pest Control eventually stopped visits altogether, citing the need for builder works, without resolving the problem or addressing any of my outstanding concerns.

At no point did the company show any real accountability for the repeated operational failures. In my final email, I kindly requested a written response within five working days. I was completely ghosted. No reply, no acknowledgement, nothing.

I have since had no response to my final email and have been left with no choice but to raise a bank dispute. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Jamie was very efficient, knowledgeable and very motivated to sort out the problem, he is diligent , investigated and worked out the issue and offered solutions.

I've used this company twice and every time the phone is answered the excellent customer service starts.

Reasonably priced and upfront about fees. I was so impressed the first time when the guy told me it was rats in my roof. I was concerned it was a possum. Possum eradication was more expensive so they didn't rip me off but they solved the problem. Their rat bate is way stronger than what we can buy and throw around.

I highly recommend.

I always use Empire Pest Control as they always provide an efficient, prompt, and reliable service. The reports provided following each attendance also provide a clear understanding of their findings and what measures were taken to resolve the reported issue.

I was given advice on my particular pest problem on how to move forward. Everybody I dealt with was courteous and friendly. Although the problem has been dealt with, a further problem may arise due to the particulars of the house, I was given advice and will certainly use Empire Peat Control if necessary.

Super service. Arrived within 24hrs and Technician Matt was very knowledgeable!

Charles was brilliant. He was thorough, explained everything really well, and was very responsive. We were stressed about having mice in our house and Charles reassured us and dealt with the issue very professionally.

Finding out I had bedbugs was very distressing but EPC were able to act quickly and I was very fortunate in being allocated Ali, who was polite, pleasant and very understanding of my situation. He keep me up to date all through the process.

Tommy got sent out to our property to deal with cockroaches my landlord booked them in I then had to dealt with the office staff i think they were call Scott and mick they were very helpful with booking in my next appointment thank you guys

I GAVE THIS RATING AS CHARLES WAS EVER SO CALM AND UNDERSTANDING IN REMOVING THE RODENT THAT I FOUND IN THE KITCHEN SINK TODAY. SMALL FIELD MICE) I WAS UPSET AND NERVOUS AND PANIC STRICKEN. CHARLES REMOVED PLUS BAITED THE KITCHEN FOR ME. THISXWAS FONS IN LESS THAN HOUR. EPC FOUND ON THE SEARCH ENGINE AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY AND WOULD USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

Great service from Empire Pest Control to clear a wasp nest. Came at really short notice and were thorough and diligent with getting rid of the nest. 100’s of the little buggers! Thanks to Nick for arranging and Charles who did the work. Can’t recommend EPC highly enough for the professionalism shown.

spoke to nick in the office and he really knew his stuff explained to me exactly what needed to be done to tackle the rat visiting my garden.
i had alex attend he was nice enough but seemed like he did not really know what he was doing the job is working i still have one visit but the operative talks a bit of nonsense overall good experience would recommend and the main thing they are fairly priced
