Easy and efficient
Our salesperson Josh was very knowledgeable and guided us through the various carpeting options along with pros and cons. The time spent taking measurements, providing carpeting options, and pricing were all done in a short amount of time. Very impressed with the ease and efficiency.

poor customer service
The initial install in one day, got split into two days. We did not get an install time until 2o minutes prior to arrival. We then got a date change for the 2nd part of the project. I called and requested a manager call back as we expected some sort of compensation-We have yet to get a call back!!!
