Having enquired about a bungalow and being told they can't discriminate as I am on disability benefits they used the route of you need a guarantor so it's still discrimination at its finest they will continue to use that excuse it's so wrong

What a fantastic team they are at this agency. I have been a tenant of EMPM for the last 17 years. I cannot fault them in any way. The service I have received from them whenever I have had an issue was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble & everything was dealt with promptly & satisfactorily. They really are an amazing team & I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. We have now purchased our home but would more than happily have stayed a tenant with them if were in that position. To have received an email today thanking us for being a good tenant is testament to the personal touch they provide. I can only say thank you all so much for everything you have done for us over the years.

EMPM have managed my property for 20 years. They handled everything efficiently, with good communication and always kept good records to allow easy tax returns. I would definitely recommend them.

After spending 40 years living in Canada I returned to the U.K. in September, 2018 and had multiple obstacles to deal with in finding a rented residence, setting up a bank account, etc. The kindly advice I received from the staff at EMPM in Newark was very helpful and much appreciated. They found me a superb secluded ground floor flat in which I feel privileged to reside and I heartily recommend their excellent ongoing service.

Can’t fault the service I’ve had from the ladies at empm Grantham over the last 7 years as a tennant. Always helpful and understanding of any issues I’ve had.

Rubbish company and rude staff it is totally illegal to refuse kids in there flats as new estate advised and then rob money of the deposit for stupid things

Couldn’t view a property because I am under 25
When I informed that this was illegal I was then told it was for insurance purposes.
I won’t be bothering with this agency purely because they are a discriminatory outfit.
They clearly don’t know their business.

Totally reliable, EMPM have managed my rental properties for many years. I soon found that every issue was quickly and efficiently resolved. There was no such thing as a "problem ". They should be running the country.
