This company and the site is a complete scam, BEWARE!!! I purchased a CO2 laser machine for $1,700 but never received it. I was told a week later that the laser machines they were selling in the US, were all sold out? Next they messages me that I had to pay for shipping it overseas which they couldn’t tell me initially what it would cost?? Then they told me that I would find out the shipping charge once it shipped to me, and that it would cost me anywhere from $470- $800?
At that point I told them I was canceling the order as I looked online and saw that they had 10 laser machines available to ship from the US?? When I questioned them about this, I got Zero response and then they blocked me.
Thankfully, after I filed a dispute with my credit card company, I received my money back 2.5 weeks later. I researched the company and found out they are a scam and that the owner has been arrested 4 or 5 times for fraud.
Once my claim went thru with the bank, I started getting calls from them, calls all the way from China, for several days & multiple times a day. They tried convincing me that everything was legitimate and that all I had to do was pay the $808 to ship it, then I would get the laser machine. They even posted a link directly in the ir message on the site, telling me to just click on the link to make my shipping payment for $808 !!!
Pathetic. Next I will be sending pictures and documentation to the BBB to hopefully get their website removed. If I’m able to attach screenshots of this, I will gladly do so!
