We worked with Lara on a garden design project after providing a written brief for a planting scheme. The initial concepts and 3D visuals were visually appealing and communication was always polite and professional.
However, once the plant list was provided, we realised that several plants included were not suitable for our requirements. We raised these concerns, as we intended to review the planting details before proceeding further.
Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement on revisions to the design.
While we appreciated the time and effort that went into the design work, we ultimately felt the final proposal did not fully reflect the brief we had originally provided.
