I am sharing my personal experience…

I am sharing my personal experience with Mike Patrick Henneberry, who is a member of enclavecapital.
He has been occupying my apartment in Marbella (Calle Camilo José Cela 9) and, despite having a rental agreement in place, has not paid rent since June 2025.
I have attempted to resolve this situation multiple times, including through legal channels, but without success.
I am currently covering all associated costs myself, including utilities.
This is my direct experience, of how i did business with Michael Patrick Henebery.
