Great customer service
The kit didn't arrive on time however the team were really helpful and apologetic and organised a refund of my next day delivery quickly.
The quality of the product is also incredible.

Always great service, because I wanted the jersey for my daughter on the Friday evening I ordered on the Thursday and payed extra for next day. Rather than taking the money and risking it not being in time. They noticed I lived reasonably close and delivered by hand Friday afternoon. The best touch was the fact rene who delivered my parcel stood and spoke to me for about 15 minutes about my team and families teams and to let them know about anything special we may want from her trips back to the US .
