Una azienda che non ascolta
Che non manda le bollette, nè cartacee e neanche via email, ma sa come rintracciarti per farti pagare addebiti per morosità o riallacci. Che non avverte a seguito di mancati invii di bollette, l'imminente distacco del contatore.
In un anno di permanenza con loro già ho subito 2 distacchi e almeno un 50€ di costi extra per bollette pagate in ritardo e sollecitate con mezzi elettronici NON certificati.

Ero cliente della compagnia Phlogas che è stata assorbita dalla Energetic gas & Power.
Da quel momento non ho ricevuto più le bollette on line ma solo solleciti sempre pagati entro i termini. L'ultimo sollecito scadeva il 12 giugno 2025 pagato in data 11 e stesso giorno 11 giugno hanno provveduto a staccarmi il gas.
Servizio clienti pessimo e privo di empatia nel comprendere il disagio di passare tre giorni senza gas anche con bambini piccoli presenti
