Friendly gym, but can be full!
Pros: Lovely staff! Everyone is friendly! The equipment is new and clean!
Cons: The gym is quite full at key times outside of the 9-6pm working day.
The class times are a bit random.
Most of the ones that I would like to attend take place between 9-6pm. It would be good to organise classes at 7:30am or 7:30pm for example.

Having been self conscious in the gym I joined. I am so glad I did the gym instructors make you feel so at ease such nice friendly people . Best thing I did joining this gym. I have been a member since it first opened and I would thoroughly recommend joing.

I’ve not been a member of a gym for a long time but am thoroughly enjoying being a member with Énergie. The team members are great, friendly and very helpful, they run a great selection of classes and it is a very supportive and friendly environment down there

Very affordable
Very affordable. Great kit and helpful staff. You have to get changed in the shower cubicles so if someone has used it recently then it’s pretty wet. The music can be very loud.

Dedicated trainers

Friendly Staff
Very friendly staff always welcoming. Clean and tidy gym. Some equipments are missing like the dip bars and decline bench. Hope to see improvements in the coming months. Enjoy working out here.

Parking always full at peak times
Parking always full at peak times. You only get 6 running machines and there all so close to each other it’s awful. The running machines do not have an option to have air conditioning so your literally overheating after a run. Overpriced in my opinion.

Just what Ashford needed
Just what Ashford needed. Friendly staff, clean, conveniently laid out, beautiful equipment, private showers, and a water fountain at an angle that actually makes sense for filling up a bottle.

I really love Energie Fitness!
I really love Energie Fitness!! The classes are amazing, I just finished the Burn 360 and the Pilates classes and I feel so full of energy! I pride myself in being quite fit but these classes really challenged me which I loved!
