I have been coming to this Gym for about 4 years now and I love it. The gym has all the equipment one would need. The instructors are incredibly professional, kind and motivating. I always look forward to my group sessions with Trey. He truely knows how to push people while making the class interesting and safe. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great gym with outstanding fitness classes.

Terrible atmosphere to be in i joined with the class pass for a session and heard a manager Kassidy(Saw his name on board)is a terrible person talking about his staff members bad things with his clients, very unprofessional

I am a member of Energie Fitness Borough since September. The gym has everything you need for a good workout, and now with Kassidy as manager, it's in excellent hands.
He's an outstanding PT who makes each session both challenging and enjoyable mixing strength work, cardio, and boxing. He pays close attention to your form and progress and tailors each session so that you're always pushed just to your limits. Love his energy, makes every workouts something to look forward to.

I last submitted a review in February 2024. I would still rate this a good gym, and I feel very at home here. It is disappointing how long it takes for repairs to be carried out. When short term problems turn into long term issues, something is not right.

I use this gym five times a week, two of them with my personal trainer, Kass, who I have now been working with for eight years. He is outstanding and I know he has other clients who feel the same. Now that Kass has joined the management team, I am sure the gym will go from strength to strength.

I am having a great experience at this gym. Since Kassidy became manager, I have been able to see lots of improvements such as vibes and atmosphere. The gym and its facilities are great.

Working with my personal trainer Kassidy has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my physical and mental health. When I first started, I wanted to improve my form, push myself harder, and stay consistent, and he’s helped me achieve exactly that (and more).

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always finds the perfect balance between challenging me and keeping me motivated. Every session feels purposeful, and I’ve learned so much about how to train effectively and listen to my body.

I can genuinely say that I feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to my fitness goals than ever before. Having the right guidance makes a huge difference, and I’m grateful for the progress we’ve built together.

Energie Fitness is absolutely a good gym to go, members are friendly, so much equipments that helps your goals and even has a sauna which I love using after my workout definitely would recommend it

Scammers

I cancelled my membership in Borough London energie fitness 3 months ago however they keep charging my debit card randomly each month month .They refuse to refund and stopped responding my emails.
Don’t get membership if you don’t want to be scammed

Cancelled my membership since November but yet they still trying to get money out of me this month absolutely ridiculous

Really bad gym, they never reply to emails, phone ir any complain. I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and no one answered.
In the app there is no cancel membership, I would not recommend to subscribe, be careful with this gym.
I stopped going to the gym and I paid many months even me kept asking to cancel the subscription. I have now removed with my direct befit and they keep trying taking money.
So unprofessional people and gym.

Great gym, great athmosphere and equipment

Nice sized gym and great value for money, compared to other gyms. All the equipment you need. Only one EZ bar located on preacher curl bench. Would like to see another EZ bar.

They still took payment even after I cancelled my membership!

Joined to get into shape. Just before we joined, we came and scoped it out. Met by a Michael who was REALLY cool guy. Showed us around and really freindly. Very informative and the ice breaker to get me innthe gym again.

However, once we joined the major issue was the entering of the gym. For about 2 or 3 weeks, myself and my wife could not get ourselfs registered in the Gyms computer system to get face ID setup. The all metal incased PC (pathetic setup, sorry but even your own staff agree) is chunky and hard work. EVERYTIME we attempted to use it, it just failed and the software wasn't working. It's not fit for purpose. It's awkward for your staff and the people that join the gym.

Eventually after many awkward jokes and attempts over a few weeks, this really cool guy (Ayran, sorry of this is wrong) helped us both out and eventually got us setup.

This escapade was frustrating and lost a star, in this review. My way at getting back about this. Petty but I feel fair.

The staff are really nice and friendly. The gym for its size offers a fairly good assortment of equipment.

Looking forward to working out in my new 2nd home, God willing.

Terrible equipment; not enough and bad design... unhygienic locker rooms and toilets...

I suffered harassment on the first day in this gyn, and after their manager checked internal cameras to confirm it, no one emailed me to cancel my membership as requested or refund me as I couldn't cope with going back to the gym. After three months and paid £91.12, I still want the cancellation and refund without success.

My onetoone 12- 15pm today 17/3/2024 class with Analiese was out of this

Energie Fitness Borough like Calum and Berlin at Energy Fitness Forest Hill they should run the branch or all three sweethearts perfect personal trainers of the company xxxx I’m still heartbroken over my Forest Hill membership being terminated but still pop in and deliveries gifts to Berlin and Callum who are always smiling and funny and I danced in Callum’s circuit training last year and in front of him at the desk near the entrance I’m happy as Larry the lamb right now I’m physically mentally emotionally financially disabled and homeless since 31/8/2022 but health and kids first I’ve been working as a jackalee of all trades to mostly everyone these last nearly ten years of crap care in the community is. South London and Maudsley my experiences at both Energie fitness locations sre better than Southwark councils I swear on my family and friends lives I treat the instructors better than blood but Kertis and Cesesr the managers should smile more I’m goin through hell and I’m still smilin sarnie Co I still luv ya boys cya soon

I have been receiving spam texts from Energie borough for years without a way to stop it. I've tried blocking the number but it still comes through again a few weeks later.
