There’s nothing not to like
Good app to book classes with all sorts of home work outs, nice friendly gym, interesting weekly challenges to take up (should you wish to!), good equipment. Énergie fitness take a really personalised approach to their gym.

Best gym in MK!
Amazing gym! The staff are lovely, classes are fun and women are made to feel comfortable. I’ve been to a lot of gyms in MK and this is by far the best!

Nice gym with friendly staff. Technical issues with my fob restricting access to the gym has reduced my rating.as after 2 weeks this has still not be resolved and IT don't seem to be working on the issue

The best thing about this gym is that its local and very close to my house. The satff is very welcoming and friendly. They help you through with your goals. Also they keep you involved by organising different activities. I have recently joined and i am loving it 👍
