I’ve recently joined this gym and It’s a very welcoming environment, in a great location. The equipment is of a very high standard and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve even joined one of the Pilates classes and it’s excellent. The lady who takes the class is wonderful and is very experienced but also makes it fun! I’ve booked a personal trainer to give me one to one feedback and motivation as I’m a middle aged woman with little experience. I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly, very happy to be there.

James is always really friendly and always so helpful if you need any assistance. I have tried lots of other gyms and Energie is by far my favourite, I have been coming here for years. Would recommend this gym to everyone :)

Very clean and tidy gym with amazing equipment to use, James is so lovely and helpful for any questions and improvements on skills. The gym itself is high quality and easy to get around, lots of classes that you can join within the membership

This is a fantastic gym. There is something for everyone. I love the classes ranging from Pilates and yoga to dance and core. The gym is well equipped and there is a beautiful treatment room for when you want a pamper session. The best thing is the friendliness of the gym owner and the staff. They always make you feel welcome and are on hand to help and answer questions.

Very friendly staff and always willing to show you how the equipment works. For me it's the specialist classes love the variation from pilates to box fitness and fantastic dance exercise. A class for everyone every day! You can even book yourself a bespoke facial or specialist massage. What's not to like

The gym has a really good range of equipment and the owner is lovely!

However - the gym is filthy with dust bunnies all on top and under machines amongst other dirt. The fire exit is chained shut and the windows are bolted closed. No fresh air coming through, only aircon. I’ve also had fleas on me on quite a few occasions whilst walking through the carpeted areas of the gym which has resulted in flea bites. (I don’t own any animals so I know they weren’t ’brought in’). The toilets smell like pee and are dirty. Also other members have told me about the yellow in the showers and hairs on the walls which apparently have been that way for quite some time. (I wouldn’t know as I have never used the showers). The small room out the back which is used for classes also has quite a bit of dirt on the floor and the anti bacterial spray seems like it’s extremely diluted with water.

The gym is good.
What makes the gym brilliant is Steve.
He is approachable, knowledgeable and just generally a really nice chap.
He’s a credit to the gym, he’s made a huge difference since being here.

However all staff are brilliant, vending machines well stocked as well as top of the range equipment.

Great gym, unfortunately due to work commitments I’ve had to cancel but would definitely recommend this gym for local or surrounding areas, everything you need and friendly.

James was very helpful in trying to keep me Motivated and stick to gym/fitness very much appropriate conversations we have had about it I would fully recommend this gym

The gym staff are extremely friendly, and the facility is well-equipped. However, please disregard the pictures, as they are outdated. The gym itself is not well-maintained and lacks cleanliness. There is only one hairdryer, which has been broken for the past two months without any replacement. Additionally, all the shower pipes are partially clogged. If you can overlook these issues, you may enjoy your time there, but overall, I unfortunately cannot recommend this gym.

Brilliant gym.

Steve is an absolute asset to your business his attitude is brilliant.

Saw him with 2 female clients and all they did was laugh during his session it was so nice to see.

He’s polite, well mannered and approachable.

Only came to this gym as I was working in the area. Shame I don’t live local as I would definitely sign up and have Steve as a personal trainer l.

The manager is very rude and unproffessional and also like to acuse you of being a lier when his staff give you wrong Instructions how to cancel you membership which at this point he becomes rude and abusive

I just do treadmill and the bike at the moment machine are great feel comfortable in the gym do my own thing just had 2 sessions all I say is probably best gym I've been to

Great gym with a welcoming team.

I like the amount of equipment's. And the workout area for boxing and ground exercise, but the the area of the gym compared to the equipment’s is low, so feels cunjusted. And me and my wife joined, we took our kid, 4 years old, for two days but after that we were told that they cannot allow the kid there. For us if we workout together it would be a greate experiance and help for each other.

I live nearby, so energie was an obvious choice. Good quality equipment, very relaxed atmosphere and friendly instructors make the place worth visiting. Also, good value for money.
