They have all the equipment available. The workers are also so nice and kind and are always there to help. The only downside is the lack of availability of airconditioning when the weather gets too warm.

I feel really comfortable at énergie…
I feel really comfortable at énergie fitness. Other gym members are regular people trying to get fit and not all elite athletes. I used to feel intimidated at other gyms but I like going to énergie as it’s bright, friendly and positive. The music is cool too!

found the staff so helpful when i started even now. i feel so comfortable and at ease, my plan is brillant the gym its self is fab and so clean. and i love the way its set out for covid19 alll disenfectant and temprature check on arrival. all the staff are so friendly and up beat and if you need to go over your training plan they are there

I highly recommend énergie fitness…
I highly recommend énergie fitness Carlow. Excellent instructors, I am 3 weeks into my membership and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made this year to be healthier. From doing roughly 3 classes per week aswell as going to the gym for regular work outs too. I can already feel the benefits. The instructors give excellent advice and guidance as well as motivating you throughout the classes. There is a great selection of gym equipment and there is never waiting around for equipment etc. I did the year membership for 299 which is excellent value!

Mixed communication
Mixed communication. Was told someone would make me up a 3 day plan was given a time to come in, once arrived I was told to go on treadmill while I was waiting, 25 minutes later I get off and left standing. A Male staff approached me and asked was I ok and I told him I'm waiting 25 mins for programme and then he told me no it's an induction basically to see how machines work. Just thought it was waste of time going down for that, and why I was told I was getting a program and then told you have to pay extra for that

I love going to energie
I love going to energie, it's such a welcoming environment. I'm trying to get back in shape after a 5 year break from the gym and 2 kids, but I've never once felt intimidated or out of place there. I've been going for nearly a month now and I absolutely love it and already seen improvements in my fitness.

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Always met with a big hello and how ya getting on. I have being out of the gym life for over 2 years so I was extremely nervous stepping back through the doors.
