Energie Fitness is so friendly and helpful. I love it and am very happy with all of it. There is lots of equipment as well as a pool, sauna and steam room. I have never been to a gym where the staff not only say hello when you arrive and goodbye when you leave, but actually know your name. I cannot recommend it highly enough

Energie Fitness is an excellent gym in a very convenient town centre location, with the added benefit of decent parking nearby which makes visits easy at any time of day. The facilities are well maintained, modern, and suitable for a wide range of workouts. The gym is consistently very clean, which makes the environment comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Overall, a well-run gym that creates a positive and motivating atmosphere for members at all fitness levels.

Did Deniles 8.30am circuit class this morning and was so so happy. The encouragement provided and enthusiasm was great and I’m definitely going to be making it part of my weekly routine. Thanks again denile xx

From the moment I enquired about joining with my additional needs, all of the staff have been kind and considerate to my needs, the whole process was easy when joining. I use the pool only at the moment and I have to say it is always clean and the atmosphere is great. The sauna and steam room is an added bonus. Highly recommend joining to anyone that is considering it.

Great gym and great atmosphere and great support and good lovley staff

After 8 months of membership I started receiving tickets for parking in designated spaces at back of gym. After 3 tickets I had to find spaces on the street but after 3 days of doing so, I gave up not daring to go back to the gym car park and there were restrictions on the road too. I have now managed to cancel 2 of the tickets but only after a tremendous amount of pressure. Azure parking would not listen to reason nor did I get much help from the gym. I know that many people suffered the same fate who parked there. ALL I AM SAYING IS BE CAREFUL. THERE ARE OTHER GYMS CLOSE BY WHO WIL NOT CAUSE YOU THE SAME PROBLEM.

Everyone welcome regardless of age, gender, ability and needs
The centre itself has so many wonderfully welcoming patrons who are both supportive but also lovely
Its not a place where you feel less able or being judged against another person's ability
Its, be the best you can be
The team are so supportive caring compassion it really is a wonderful place to go

The staff is so helpful and welcoming. Especially Steve and the other gentleman who's name I have unfortunately forgotten. I enjoy going to the gym even more now.

when you sign up, they don't tell you that they will make you a 12-month contract, if something happens and you can no longer go to the gym, they don't cancel your contract and force you to pay, they are rude when you tell them you can't go to the gym anymore and they don't respond to email

The customer service is always great. All members of staff are very helpful and always smile, which is great to see. The facilities are good, and fit for purpose. Overall, very pleased to have joined this gym.

I like that I can come at almost anytime and swim in the pool. It has a nice sauna and basically everything you need. Also I'd appreciate if they made some renovations to the premises.

Before I joined energie, I used to think all the gyms are the same - get a room, put some equipment in it, job done. Energie makes all the difference by having passionate and welcoming staff that genuinely works hard to help you achieve your goals and to keep improving your fitness. I did not expect for it to matter this much.

I found every one very helpful and friendly.

Excellent local Gym.
Good choice of classes to attend.
Friendly staff. Take time to help with individual exercise programme.

Five star Steve set me a program stretching and movements after hip surgery been four times so far and already feeling the benefits of Steve’s program
