Very kind, lovely staff, very helpful no matter what age, size, race, or gender, absolutely 10/10 staff, just a shame the showers are 6 to 9 because i could use a shower before work. i wish it was extended until 1 or so.

The staff in énergie fitness Galway is very friendly. Machines are well maintained and you can find all the equipment you need. Overall, it is a nice gym, not busy in early mornings.

Great gym, nice staff, low cost membership, would like more choice of equipment e.g: hip adduction machine but has all equipment that is needed.

Amazing gym
I joined the gym few months ago and I must say the gym & staff is out of this world. Plenty of classes to choose from on the timetable and lots of equipment to choose from.

This is my review of Energie Fitness Galway. This gym and the people who run it are a disgrace. I originally rang into the gym inquiring about the boxing bags as it is a main part of my training and I was assured by a member of staff over the phone that boxing the boxing bag would not be an issue as I was told they are heavy bags yet management harassed me for hitting the bag too hard on two occasions after being warned the first time. I did not train on the bags since the initial warning. I quit the gym that day in front of both management and a member of staff. I continued to send an email after leaving the gym to later find out nearly three weeks later to be charged money for the next month even though I didn't enter the gym since. This is a joke and if you want a gym to Rob you of your money, harass you after your training and give little to no response after charging you again even after you leave the gym.

Great gym
Great gym, fun classes, large open spaces, and very clean. I felt comfortable returning to the gym after the COVID restrictions were lifted, due to gym's mindfulness about hand hygeine, reduced numbers in classes, and cleaning throughout workout. The information and new safety protocols were clearly highlighted for all members to see.
