Love this gym for the staff and the classes. I would have rated it a 5 up until new year. They have allowed too many groups of youngsters and groups of male youths from the travelling community join. Making it an unpleasent experience to attend in the evening. Its rammed and can't get on any machines

Staff really friendly and make you feel welcome, well equipped very clean gym.

Joined energie following dissatisfaction with previous gymn club which although had good equipment and great staff was badly let down by extremely poor building maintenance, inadequate repairs and very little management understanding of the importance of customer care to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. So far energie have demonstrated great professionalism and the facilities and equipment are first class

This gym is fantastic. The staff are friendly and supportive, the equipment is modern and plentiful and the classes are varied and fun! The changing rooms are always very clean too! Highly recommend énergie!

I am new to this jym. I have found them to be friendly and helpful, and I am enjoying the spinning classes as well as the work out afterwards. The showers 🚿 are great 👍 👌

Good equipment nice atmosphere to workout in

Énergie is the kind of gym that makes you be consistent with coming back, all staff very friendly, not too chatty which I like, being a bit of an introvert, but I can see them engaging in longer conversations with others who probably like the interaction. Recently changed lockers, plenty of space in there and always very clean and plenty of equipment, nothing broken down or missing. Another bonus to every gym is its members; it is a feeling of "where you belong"

I have been a member of the gym for 2 months and I have found all the staffs are super nice and helpful. The gyms equipment also clean and in good condition so I do not have to be concerned with my own safety.

However, despite the toilet looks very clean, the female shower does not have a hook on the door, and it also does not have a shelve for toiletries. I find it a bit irritated if I have to put them on the floor or put my towel across the door as they could be dirty, so I have not had a shower at the gym once. I would be really appreciated if the gym could provide these stuffs so I could have the best experience visiting it.

Friendly and welcoming staff make this gym special. It has a lovely warm atmosphere with professional staff who make the gym experience a pleasure.

I’ve only been a member for a few weeks but have been made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable. The classes are brilliant and varied but if you just want to use the machines everything you would expect from a good gym is available. Can highly recommend.

It's a good basic, clean gym. Great opening hours. Friendly staff. Fairly well equipped. If I had any complaints it would be they use the functional fitness area to take classes which can be a painful you want to use it. But once you learn the class time table you can work around it
