Fantastic new gym in town centre with great parking.
This is a really good, new gym. Spacious, great machines, friendly staff and a nice vibe overall. The hydro massage beds are a treat post-workout! And the free parking in town is a big plus. Very good value price plans.

Friendly and supportive gym
Joined Energie Fitness Lichfield a few months ago when it opened. Good range of equipment. The classes are good with a wide selection at various times. Instructors are absolutely fab and make for a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Shout out to Sharyn, Jack, Rob and Matt!

Great personal trainer
Louise did my introduction session at the energy gym in Lichfield when I first joined. Thats how I found out that she is a pt too. From the very first session she made me feel super comfortable, listened to me and my goals and wishes and allowed me to make decisions of what I liked and didn't like whilst at the gym. She is a fantastic and super enthusiastic PT who makes me feel good after every session,especially after cardio sessions. I could not recommend her enough for anyone who wants to feel good and comfortable and have fun whilst at the gym !

Lichfield - Excellent
I joined Lichfield gym when it opened a month or so ago, and can't express how lovely these guys are. Great gym, classes and community spirit. Made to feel very welcome 😁. Big shout outs to Sharyn, Jack and Rob! Great classes with all three of them. If you want a gym with a friendly vibe in Lichfield then look no further.

Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities/equipment, plus a pleasant environment 🥰 much nicer (and definitely cleaner) than the more expensive DL gym in the area. Would 100% recommend 💚

Great staff
Great staff, Clean and tidy. When members forget to put weights away the staff come along and do it. Could do with a couple more machines. Needs an assisted pull-up machine and a calf-raise machine. Other than that, really pleased with the gym.

Great equipment and friendly atmosphere. Located in the town centre so really convenient…and you can park for free while you exercise.
