Was made very welcome I'm new to joining the gym and I glad I took there 3 day free trial and now I am a fully paid member highly recommended gym

Very helpful staff, although a high turn over due to the ‘rent’ they have to pay. Please reconsider this as continuity is really important for building up regular customers. Nice clean gym and great classes with a nice group of people with the same goals to stay healthy. Not a bad price either.

Decent gym, however there is a few things that could be changed to make it better. Some machines aren't suitable for a taller person, physically don't fit right on my legs .

Also the music played in the gym is constant rap and hip hop. And never changes when I am in there. It would be better if there was a variety.

Also there needs to be a strict policy when people are misusing equipment. I see alot of people throwing things around and in some of the less commercial gyms this wouldn't be tolerated.

Other than that really good gym for the price.everyone is really friendly

Nice little gym. Good atmosphere and clean. The music can be a little bit questionable at times but decent equipment and pleasant staff.

Fabulous set up friendly staff clean and not over priced

Just recently re joined Énergie after a break of 2 years, this re fitted gym seems to be better organised than before, staff really helpful and friendly

Lovely friendly, down to earth and clean gym. Everyone is eager to help and support you reach your goals, nothing is too much trouble. I'm a new member and am loving it. The equipment is top notch and the classes are epic. Great value for ££

Great gym at a great price. Lots of new equipment, all well maintained. Everywhere clean and tidy. Good atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. Can't fault it. Would highly recommend.

I've just joined this gym and I'm very happy with it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the equipment is spot on. On the whole it's excellent.

The staff are very kind and friendly with me. They are helping me to reach my goals and I enjoyed all the classes with the brilliant coaches in the team.

Brand new equipment, every machine you can think of, with a large space plus a studio, classes are included in the membership and they have brilliant staff members.
Thanks to Mo, Dee, Amelia, Zoe and Paul for making my time at the gym a happy one.
I've forgotten the GM's name but he's sound as well.

I recently moved to the area and I joined when the gym reopened in March, so I didn't know anyone at the gym prior. Would definitely recommend.

Omg I am so relieved the gym reopened, only thing keeping me going all this time was the fact it was reopening again. Its my go to place and I'm enjoying it so much, loving the all new equipment, the staff are lovely as ever, friendly and always have time for you. Glad to see most of the members have come back and a few new faces. Keep going guys. Made a few new friends too.

Fantastic facilities, equipment and staff... however, despite making excellent use of limited space it can get very busy at peak times... Otherwise i'd have scored as 5 star.

Super friendly and helpful staff, top equipment great place and good parking what more could you want.
