Cheap, but not what I expected
I needed an EPC to sell my elderly parents house. Booking appeared to be easy but I had a specific timeframe. When EPC professionals started contacting me they were unaware of my timeframe! The one professional that was able to take the appointment was not what I expected. He asked several times how to get to the property on public transport, even asking how long he’d need to walk for! On the day he changed the time twice and again asked how to get there on public transport. This is not what I would call professional at all. He did not even consider using the internet to plan his route and relied completely on me to tell him. The property is on all main public transport routes. Once inside the property he stepped on the dog’s water bowl, breaking it and sending water all over the kitchen floor! He also wanted to go round the property unaccompanied, which was not appropriate with my elderly parents in the house. I would not recommend the company, even though they are cheapest I could find. He made a stressful job even more stressful.

Very poor customer service
There was very poor communication from this company other than an email confirming my payment. I tried ringing their offices but the call went on too long and wasn't answered. I didn't receive any notification of next steps and it was only when I sent an email to them that I got an answer.
The gentleman who was coming to conduct an EPC was very abrupt on the phone when I spoke to him to arrange a convenient appointment and on the day he arrived he was charmless and abrupt.
All-in-all I was very disappointed with this company and wouldn't use them again.

Only wanted a question answered by someone on whether it was worth getting a second rating done ( having added a Tesla battery ) as we have one from 2024 and ended up paying for another whole survey, which wasn’t necessary.

Four hour window appointment disappointing.
Appointment making not very smooth I had to phone them a couple of days later to see if anyone was going to phone to make an appointment. Four hour window for an appointment is ridiculous.
