I ordered the Nova white outfit for a white party. First: the order went fast and in perfect condition. The fabric is bamboo fiber: extremely comfortable, soft and like a second skin, but allowing complete range of motion. The finish is clean and solid. The style is outstanding, very original and pratical, with plenty of pockets and zippers. The cleaning and drying is simple and gets the outfit white and wrinkle-free, drying quickly. The Team at BE is quickly responsive, and very helpful! I will definitely get more from BE.

Can’t even provide basic measurements for a stringer, asked multiple times and was ignored. Received the stringer and it looked nothing like the one pictured. Instead of being black/grey camo it had this awful green, blue and purple tone to it. Once again was ignored when I emailed them pictures of what I received.

I encountered an issue with one of my orders so I reached out to the company by submitting a request through their website. I got a prompt response from the Team BE via email and they were very accommodating in addressing the problem. Would definitely order again in the near future!

First of all the customer service was top of what i have experienced in my entire life.

That's staying in touch with a customer, explaining everything properly, the way of communication was very high level.
Also the waiting time was great as I didn't have to wait at all. 
The funds were returned even though they didn't have to be like this.

Terrible customer service. They have not been able to support with my order, I had returned it as the item did not match the size guide given in their Website, I have sent pictures with the measurements of the article against the ones provided, wrote different emails and I still have not received a response nor a quick replacement. It is really a shame as the article was beautiful and it seems good quality.

Amazing customer service.

So I ordered a couple of bikinis for the upcoming holiday, unfortunately DHL lost the parcel…. I contacted the customer service and they helped me very well.. they kept me updating about the proces and when I felt the urgent, the upcoming holiday, they sent me a new parcel so I would have the bikinis in time.
Unfortunately one of the bikinis (sale) was sold out and as a big pardon they wanted to give me a bikini from the new collection, how sweet is that!
