Oil not delivered; no response to emails and phone line message box is full so you cannot save a message...all in all a truly professional outfit

Ordered Mobil Engine Oil for £39.90 and not shipped. Company ignores my emails and their phone mailbox is constantly full. So PayPal are organising a full refund. Hate being scammed

AVOID!!! This website is an invitation to be defrauded.
Oil ordered Dec 2018. Money taken. Never delivered. No contact from company.
No response to my emails, or phone calls, letter ignored.
Paypal Dispute eventually resolved in my favour (no response from owner or company) - took 2 months to return my payment.

As others have said this is a scam.
Placed order and paid with paypal waited a few weeks still nothing.
No response via email or phone.
Claimed payment back via paypal and they failed to respond to paypal as well!
Don't waste your time and money.

Just like others are saying ….this company is a scam …. Ordered and paid online 2 weeks ago . No delivery , no refund ….absolutely no contact . Emailed , phoned , even facebook messaged the owner …..no response at all . They should be shut down and charged ! AVOID . AVOID

I ordered and payed £39.90 on 8th October for 5L M1 Oil and not receive yet. I tried to contact them on the phone, send E-mails but they don't answer. They don't refund the money and they don't delivery at all. Avoid this Company. They give you a small discount but after you pay they don't send the stuff. They are crooks.

Excellent service. Delivered within a few days. Not bad for an oil wich is not very common.

After ordering my product on the 20th July, I hadn't received it after 10 working days. I emailed the company twice and received no response, I tried calling them but their number rings out and goes to a full voicemail that I couldn't leave a message with, I left a facebook message and still had no response. After the delay in receiving the product, I requested a refund as I had had to go out and purchase another myself. I started to worry that I had used a con-company. It was only when I escalated the issue through Paypal on the 9th August that the company sent the product (that I no longer needed) through to me. I would not use the company again. I have still had no communication, explanation or apology and considering the website states that orders are dispatched on the day they are received or the next working day, with a 2-5 day delivery period, it was very poor service, taking three weeks to receive my order.

Very slow delivery and no reply to emails or phone calls. Oil was shipped in 6 days but Hermes took another 14 days to deliver which was after I had purchased an alternative oil and started a paypal dispute.
Most of the fault is down to the courier but better communications would have improved the experience.

What an unhelpful and unprofessional company, my delivery of two bottles of oil took 3 weeks and 3 day to arrive. I on several occasions attempted to contact the company via e-mail and phone with no reply. Eventually the only thing that got things moving was to involve Pay Pal so I’m really pleased I used this method to pay. Best to avoid in my experience.

Do not answer the phone or reply to emails - charge before dispatch and do not acknowledge the order - one star is pushing it - apart from that....
