Returns
Ordering, delivery was perfect.Returning an item which was not quite big enough - even though I was guided by the sizing chart , has been very disappointing. Admittedly it was a customised shirt for my grandson, but the initial part of the returns policy states- no returns for a personalised shirt- I took this to mean a 'childs name'! What the large print giveth, the small print ,taketh away. Be warned!
