Really great buying experience

Really easy site to navigate. Very prompt delivery of goods ordered. Item was bought as a gift and recipient was very happy with quality. Would definitely buy from this site again.

Incompetence at Every Level

Appalling experience from the start. Bought a shirt 3 months ago that was delayed over and over again. Eventually they tell me they're cancelling the order because they somehow can't get enough stock. Weeks later I still haven't received a refund for it. After begging their bot to let me talk to a human, I was told that a ticket has been created for my issue, I wasn't given any way to access this ticket and when I asked for more information about it they just copy pasted their previous response telling me to sit around and wait for an email saying it's been resolved. I have no way of knowing if a ticket was even created and based on the rest of my experience I'm going to assume it wasn't.
