I had a virus that McAffee couldnt find and kept saying my PC was clear when it wasn't! Spyhunter dug deeper and found my trojan virus and luckily was able to remove it. Would use again.

I was about to give them a 5 star review but decided to wait and they lost one star...
after trying many tools to help me identify why my browser search is hijacked occasionally; no one pointed me to anything problematic but spyhunter finally did and I was so excited... until today when the problem is back full force...

I have used SpyHunter since 2018 covering 3 computers. I recently renewed my subscription and was informed that it only now covers one computer. Needless to say, I was not informed before I paid. I call this a rip-off. All I can add is be careful who you deal with.

Have been with Spyhunter for 6 years , occasional minor problems but sorted to my satisfaction . Only have basic cover which suits paid around £25 twice a year . My latest renewal was yesterday usual £25 taken , when my wife opened up laptop today and Spyhunter launched to be told extra licence required as licence only covered i device ? ? ? For six years we have always had cover on both our laptops from one licence and when changing laptops always installed Spyhunter with no extra charge . One day after my renewal I have to pay twice the amount I have paid for six years with no advance notice or I would not have renewed . Complained to Enigma ( so aptly named ! ) to be told when I signed six years ago it was for only one device coverage . I cannot dispute that as I do not have the terms from six years ago . Why then has Enigma allowed two devices to be covered for six years without even a comment . At times there would have been more than two devices covered as I probably had not removed old laptops from the list . I suspect this is just another way of making customers move to their PRO program for £140 per year which also removes optimisations . Well I have always refused as a ; optimisations are easily removable through disk cleanup on your laptop and b; £140 a year I consider extortionate . This has not stopped them bombarding me every time I open the laptop with notices to upgrade . Have signed up with AVG much cheaper and lots of devices covered . Suggest anyone reading this does the same .

Installed this piece of kit three days ago and it simply doesn’t fit the job for me so I have been trying to uninstall this and get the refund they advertised. I am very pleased to report that EnigmaSoft have now resolved my issue and I am a very happy man now and had my faith restored in this online company. Thank you for keeping your word.

I trialled the SpyHunter 5 software and I found it to be much more thorough than other protection software (including Malwarebytes, which I rate highly). SH5 found eliminated the “MaxAsk” bug that was not found by MWB or MS Defender. Super impressed. The support ppl were efficient and polite too.

So SpyHunter did exactly what I needed it to do: remove malware. It was easy to install and use and the customer service people were awesome. They answered my questions quickly and gave very detailed instructions on how to manually change some of the settings on my Chrome browser. Plamen D was the support engineer. Very friendly and helpful.

It is a good product but with the price increased to €192 a year for just ONE computer. I can no longer justify using it.

It's a fantastic program and I've been using it for years. It has always solved or avoided malware issues since ive had it. My only issue is the expense. It's costly. Also the cost just constantly goes up and subscription periods get shorter. At $66 AU for 3 months I'll cancel if it rises anymore. But ultimately if money is no object it's a great program.

They have made it ridiculously hard to cancel your subscription. Absolute jokes. Strongly recommend against using unless you want to be robbed of your money

Wow this helped me remove a malware that was not that big of a deal, but was irritating me over the past year! Now with the free version, (which is very restricting and tricks you :C) but this software still helped me. Thank you!!

I have had Enigma software for many years (Reghunter and Spyhunter (now)Pro), and they never fail to sort out issues, or constantly improve the product. Reghunter and Spyhunter work brilliantly, keep the bad guys away, and result in trouble free online activities.
The software is always updated, and response of the Services Team is excellent in helping with any issues that crop up. Doesnt get better frankly.
Run dont walk to get it, worth every penny.

I have had and enjoyed SpyHunter for several years. Unfortunately, every time the renewal comes up MyCommerce receives my payment but it never gets to the technicians so they close my account. It just happened again. I tell the techs my order number, etc. and all they do is send me the same boiler plate instructions that do not reactivate my SpyHunter. It usually takes several attempts calling the techs to get this type of issue resolved. My guess is there are only certain techs that can resolve these glitches. Very frustrating!!! I would strongly recommend that EnigmaSoft get rid of MyCommerce or they will lose good customers.

OK Spyhunter has good detecsions a free anti-virus quick scans which can be good for quickly deleting malware but the 1 bad thing for the free anti-virus to remove malware you have to wait 48 hours like dude just get rid of that then it will be better trust me more people wil use it and if they think it will make people get the paid version anti-virus it won't it will make people uninstallthe anti-virus and it says "the trial is intant-accsess" if it really is they DON'T FORCE PEOPLE TO GIVE YOU THE CREDIT CARD THEY OWN but it's a good anti-virus afterallthat was just the problems
