Received an offer to try Enjoy Flowers for free, "just pay shipping." Was unable to see shipping charges until after I entered credit card info and was charged. Shipping charges were excessive compared to my expectations, but the only option to cancel the order was by email. There is no phone number or chat option on mobile to reach customer support. Had to find a computer to chat, since there is no phone number to contact. My order was refunded, but I would never consider shopping with Enjoy Flowers again based on the difficulty of reaching customer service and the unclear pricing structure. "If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it!"

When I opened the box
When I opened the box, I found that approximately a third of the flowers were broken off the stems---including the one mum that had the flower head "meshed" to protect it.I thought the remaining flowers themselves were of grocery store variety and quality, and was puzzled by the green and purple color combination, which seemed more suitable for Halloween than the beginning of Spring. I love flower arrangements, but was truly disappointed with this one.

Beautiful flowers, Great flowers, improvement needed to packaging
They were beautiful but they only last a week. Enjoyflowers has been unlucky with the weather. The last 4 deliveries coincided with extremely cold weather on the east coast. The flowers may have been impacted. Also, the amount of water provided for the trip doesn't seem to be sufficient to ensure the survival of the flowers. Customer support has been great but after reaching out with problems (which they adequately and quickly addressed) I contacting them again. Out of all the flowers bouquet they were all but one of exquisite taste. I would probably continue using it with the adequate promotion

I love receiving each box of flowers
I love receiving each box of flowers. They are always fresh and last a long time - much better than flowers available at the local stores. My favorite deliveries have included roses, lilies, alstroemerias, carnations, yellow or white cap flowers and a thick bunch of pink and white flowers that open on stems I’m not familiar with. My least favorite was the sunflowers. They didn’t last as long and were cut and shipped too early in their blooming cycle. This has been a great gift.
