Therefore, I didn't feel safe continuing, and I hope the site will explain why it's requesting this information and provide more privacy-respecting verification methods.

With connections drawn to scams and stolen information it has an average security rating of less than 5/10 by sources outside of China.
When I spoke to support, they claimed ignorance and encouraged me to change networks because; "Our website is very secure. Please rest assured."

The domain cos01.xiaojika.top is used by our website for image hosting, not for collecting user account information. Some antivirus or firewall tools have recently flagged these image resources by mistake, which may affect how images load for users in certain regions. We’ve already submitted appeals to the relevant vendors and are following up on the review process.
We also reviewed the conversation with our support team internally. What they were trying to explain at the time was that this appeared to be a false-positive detection from certain security tools, and that switching networks or security environments could temporarily allow the image resources to load normally. However, we understand that the explanation may not have been communicated clearly enough, and we appreciate the feedback.
Enjoygm does not ask for sensitive game account passwords during top-up, and we take payment security and user privacy seriously.
