Unpleasant customer service
Very unpleasant customer service via phone. Have called with a question and the person on the phone was unpleasant from the beginning, seemed like she was bothered by someone even calling.. the answer given was not helpful at all, when I asked for further explanation she became even more annoyed and was not willing to explain anything further. When I referred to an information I have found on their website, she did not know what I was talking about and I had to navigate her to said information. I had bad experience already in the past but today was enough, I had to write a review.
