I Bought quite a cheap copy of Metroid 2 from Entertainment Station and the save battery was dead but they had great communication, got in touch and sorted out my issue Cheers!.

I'm sorry to hear about the battery. We test them when they come in, but they can often be sat in stock for a while. We'd be happy for you to return it at our cost for a battery replacement under Warranty.
