I dislike that it took so long to get it here. I ordered it on 2/20/24 and I just got it 3rd of March. It took 11 days to get to me. Outside of that everything was fine.

The eye wipes I ordered for my Doodle arrived as described. I wanted the ones in the container because the packet wipes dry out before I can use them all.

I like the product I ordered, but lots of times it is back ordered. This last time I made 1 order, but they sent me 2 orders and charged me for both orders🤷‍♀️

Ordered probiotics from EntirelyPets which must be kept cold. Fedex did not delivery in the 1 - 2 day period I paid for. Entirelypets is the one who suggested Fedex and now will not stand behind sending a new order. Their customer service rep Britney had a very poor attitude and could care less. Last time I order from EntirelyPets!!

Good website, easy to order products. A couple of products were on backorder but didn't say that until after the order was done. Showing items that are on backorder before placing an order would be nice.

Got email confirmation of order Nov 20. They deducted & refunded my money on Nov 20 & Dec 20. And most recently Jan 3, no refund so far. Still no product has been delivered.

HealthyPets, EntirelyPets, NaturalPets, and VitaSupply.....all the same overseas company (China??) Don't join the other unhappy customers who Just Want Their Money Back!

I've been ordering from Entirely Pets for years, but they have definitely gone downhill lately. In September my auto ship order was one pill short and they said my account would be credited. However, it never was. In November, the same auto ship order was never filled, so I called after three weeks and they sent the order out right away. In December, I placed an order that was weight specific and they shipped out medication that is for heavier dogs than mine. I spoke to customer service and they forwarded my call to a manager who said he would get back with me in 15-20 minutes. After two hours of waiting, I called back and spoke with the original rep who passed on a message from the manager saying that I would be issued a return label by email the next day. That was four days ago and no email. The only good thing about this site is that they do have good prices if you can actually get what you order. They used to be much more reliable, but lately they suck bigger than a Hoover.

They do not use a good shipping source even when I gave them notice of the shipping went from going to Texas to being in Chicago they did nothing about it

4 stars for slow shipping, ordered 10/29 delivered on 11/7, shipped Fed Ex. Would expect that timing for USPS… paid $6.95 shipping fee

I was sent two orders instead of the single one I placed. I also was billed for both. They claim I placed two orders two days apart. I do not recommend the company and will not order from them again.

We decided to use Entirely Pets Pharmacy for the first time to buy Bravecto flea medication for our 3 dogs since they offered a discount price.

We have been using this brand for years and we know it works fast. We were surprised to see that after 3 weeks our dogs continued to have fleas. We contact Entirely Pets Pharmacy to let them know that the product didn't work.

We were told that they were gonna call the manufacturing company to see if they were other complaints and that they were gonna call us back with the findings. They never called us back!

Today, I called Entirely Pet Pharmacy again and I was told that they can't do anything about it, so I decided to call Bravecto Manufacturing Co. directly. I found out that Entirely Pet Pharmacy is not an authorized distributor and that there's a possibility that they sold us counterfeit medication.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They're scammers!

I would give this company a zero rating if I could. I was told my prescription had been declined, and my vet confirmed it had been declined, so I ordered directly through my vet. EntirelyPets still charged my credit card and sent me the medications without a subscription, refusing to respond to my multiple requests for customer assistance. I was also told I could not return the medication that had been illegally sent without a prescription. When I tried to dispute this with my credit card company, I was unsuccessful, because I had received the merchandise.
