When I order on July 2nd, I expect to receive my order (delivery to Sweden) about 2 weeks after that BUT this seems to be impossible for this company.
Contacted their customer service (July 15th) regarding shipping details since when tracking the shipment no I still do not have any update except: shipped July 2nd.
Well, today July 19th: no delivery, no update, no info, no response from customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company (not for the products - they are great) but for their horrible/miserable/nonchalant customer service.

Don't buy from this company still waiting for flea medicine for my cats, it's 19 days in and nothing when there site says 4 to 8 days. Paid this company over 300. dollars supposed to receive today but still in CA. And when you talk to customer service they give you a run around. And send you an email from a totally different company with shipping details . SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

My dog died today! I ordered heart worm medication on June 20, and I just got in 10 minutes ago. I called this company to ask if I could return the product I spent close to 600 for cremation and euthanasia so I could use that money. First off, no I’m sorry for your loss. The man went on to say, “why did you order so much heart worm prevention than” REALLY! My dog died “unexpectedly” what kind of question is that! This company is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with! Buy from Chewy, Pet rx, or even 1800 petmeds and get more respect! This is insane! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS, JUST THE MONEY!

I tried to buy some skin medicine for my cat. I spent $50 for them to email me a week later telling me that the medicine was on back order. That was three months ago. Complete scam. They took my money and never sent me the medicine.

Dealing with Entirely pets Pharmacy has been the single worst customer service issue I've ever had. I ordered 12 prescription pills for my dog. They came in two boxes of 6: one with a red sticker that said to use it first since it was expiring soon (12/24) and the other that didn't expire until 2026. Two of the pills in the expiring box were going to expire before I could use them so I was upset. I called and was given the run around for literally 6 weeks - I would call, be told I'd be called back by a manager, call again 3-7 days later, over and over again. I was finally told they would replace the two pills so I had to send back two of the expiring pills first. I was sent a shipping label, I sent. them back, and waited. Called again. The pharmacy said it's not their policy to replace drugs like this and was not going to do anything despite the fact that I'd already sent back the pills (per their instruction). I was told on another call that the pills I sent back were re-sold so they would refund me for the cost. I waited 10 business days for the refund. I just called for what i pray was the final time and the customer service agent said accounting was never made aware of the refund and she would issue it today. They are either utterly incompetent as a company or just hoping you give up.

Awful!! I bought a medication and then recivied an email telling me that there’s no stock, it would arrive again within 2 weeks

My dog was running out of his joint supplement. I normally order it from my vet, but found it cheaper online from EntirelyPets. I ordered it and was told the order was being processed and would arrive between 4 and 8 days. On day 9 I called EntirelyPets and was told they no longer carry the supplement, but hadn't removed it from the order site. They didn't bother to let me know so I could search somewhere else. Not cool.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Entirely Pets. They had the best price on an item I needed by prescription for my mule. They shipped fairly quickly and my calls to customer service were handled with care and attention. I will definitely be using them again

Placed an order, got confirmation, rx faxed to my vet, was going along smoothly. Next day, my entire profile was gone from website. And they placed a pending charge on my credit card. Placed several emails and phone calls but never received a response from a human. Disputed credit card charge and had to find another pharmacy.

Ordered a medication specifically for medium to large dogs and specifically looked at dosage label provided on their site. 30 pills = 30 days. They sent me medication for medium dog only meaning my dog needs 2 per day according to label directions, so a 15 day supply.
Tried calling them-site states they close at 8pm. Called at 750 pm and already closed.
Sending back will cost postage and 25% restocking fee.
Stick with CHEWY!

I ordered prescription allergy medication for my dog. I never received it. They only response was to check with my postal service. The post office does not follow up on prescription medications. So Entirely Pets will do nothing.

Purchased a new large Seresto dog collar and we were sent a used collar! It had many visible puncture marks all over it, had clearly been cut to size, and the loop holes have been cut off! They even packaged it like it was new. We have also reported this company!

When I call I am told one item is shipped & one item I will get a refund. Never received either!
Never will they get me again!

Unless you have several weeks to wait for your medication, I would not recommend calling them or ordering from them. They take their time and there’s always a problem between the vet approving and them sending out your medication. I’ve been waiting two weeks they notified me once; I called the vet to make sure they approve it and Entirely Pets had not called me again until I called them to get update. They stated that it was still not approved. My vet said it was approved. Do trust Entirely pets.

you sold me vaccines that weren't even in stock and then after over a month still have them available. This is unacceptable.I finally had to demand a refund.

Purchased antibiotics for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. I attempted to contact the company several times with no response. My order finally arrived over a month later. Was delivered to the wrong wrong address and left in 100+° temps. When they shipped the item they charged $36.95 shipping which was supposed to be free because my order was over $75. I paid $75 for a $40 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. Would not recommend this company.

This place is ripping people off left and right and needs to be shut down! They take your money and never send product and are dishonest about giving you a refund.. Just go read all the reviews on this place.. Don't give them your business, you will be sorry you did!

My experience is almost exactly the same as the previous poster who ordered 3/25/2023. I ordered & created an account. My order kept saying pending. After 8 days of pending, my email address & password "didn't match their records" "Create an account" I created an account, again. My order was not there. Also, after reading these reviews, I notice many people saying they were told their items were on back order. I was told that when I called. It's odd that so many items would be back ordered. Sounds like a delay tactic to me. I do not trust this site. I will NOT use their meds on my pet, even if I ever receive them. I think this site is a scam. They got my money this time, but never again.

Entirely pets is a scam. I ordered twice and after 10 days my orders are still pending and now it will not allow me to sign into my account and when I go through a new password reset and get on my account my orders are not even there. Total fraud and entirely pets should be investigated for fraud
