How returned item was not dealt with…
I returned an item through the returns policy. The parcel came back to me having been opened and badly secured with the address on the label was blacked out.
I have now arranged to have it returned again. I have e-mailed Eon twice and have not received a reply.
I will definitely not use them again.

Hello, we are sorry about the issue you encountered with Royal Mail. As we have explained in our emails to you, we did not return your parcel to you, this was done by Royal Mail. You did not contact us regarding that issue so we were unaware of it. You then emailed us after you resent the item, twice, a couple of hours apart outside of office hours and did not allow us a reasonable amount of time to look in to it and reply to you. This issue was caused by Royal Mail not being able to process your parcel and we do not know why that was but we apologised and you left us no opportunity to look in to the issue before leaving this feedback. Had you have contacted us in the first instance and allowed us to reply we could have assisted you straight away. Regards, Eon Clothing.

No issues
Was a bit hesitant to use this site as I hadn't heard of it before. Checked the reviews on trust pilot which seemed decent. I paid by PayPal anyway, just incase. Had lots of email confirmation from the company regarding my orders shipment and delivery. The order was placed on the 28th of November and it arrived in Northern Ireland on the 1st of December, quality is great. No issues whatsoever. Will use again

I have purchased many of the xact jumpers for my sons for school as they’re 6ft plus and other shops don’t always cater. They’re good quality and wash well.
