I received an email to confirm the payment had gone through from WorldPay and a text from Royal Mail to confirm the delivery, but did not receive an email from ePacks themselves. Great bag, great price and arrived pretty quickly. This was for my teenage daughter for school and its certainly large enough to hold all the stuff she needs to carry about with her all day. Much better value than the usual ‘name’ bags I have paid a fortune for in the past! Definitely recommend.

I ordered a bag from this site after finding it for such a good price. Unfortunately after ordering, I got an email from customer service saying it was out of stock, they offered either a refund or to choose another bag. I chose the same bag in a different colour and am so happy with it. Their customer service were so helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

Shipping was very fast (got my bag within a few days) and it was a brand new Jansport bag as described.

I have purchased several Jansport bags, for my kids at school, from epacks over the past few years. The service is very reliable and the bags are cheaper than from other vendors (I choose the cheapest bags). The bags are all still as good as new, despite very heavy usage, yet my kids still want a new school bag each year :-( There is always a good variety, too. I always come straight here for my kids schoolbags now.

I am so glad I found this website, we going to pay twice the price for our daughters Dakine backpack before we stumbled across this site. Having looked through the site, they only sell quality brands and at prices that I could not match anywhere else I looked. My daughters Dakine Campus backpack arrived within a few days of ordering. Overall a great service and quality backpack at a very low price. I have already recommended this site to friends and will be ordering again in the future.
