Got the 25l Campus for a secondary school starter. It's a very well made bag, lots of pockets, including two outside ones for bottles and a front one that doubles up as a coolbag. The padding is robust, the material feels solid and the straps are padded and shaped. Haven't been used yet, but I expect it to be comfortable when fully loaded and last well. Very happy with this bag. Nice print too!

I ordered 2 rucksacks, received dispatched note with details showing both items. This was followed by a parcel force note couple of days later. When the delivery arrived, it only contained 1 bag.

Then received another dispatched email, attachment again showing 2 items (I assume this is for the 2nd bag only), that was 3 days ago, this time no ParcelForce email, and unsure if my assumption that the 2nd bag is on its way or not.

Tried ringing the customer service number but it just rings and then eventually cutoff.

If I receive the remaining order then my feedback is the communication should be made clear what has been dispatched on each occasion rather than list the entire order.

If I don’t receive the 2nd bag and cannot contact them in the next few days then I will contact my credit card company for chargeback.

Great communication regarding the change in colour of my backpack. Delivery was prompt.

Purchased an Eastpak Tranverz from Epacks after doing research, and finding it was the cheapest price in comparison to all other online stores. Arrived a week from purchase. Would highly recommend!

Good size for a lunchbag and delivered with no fuss

Very pleased with bags. Outer packaging badly damaged on receipt, but no damage to contents. Disappointed that all three items shown in stock on website but two were out of stock. Spacious, but light to carry. Very useful zipped compartments and the section on the front makes it easy to access documents. Carry handles on the side and the top mean it can be carried upright or lengthways. Arrived punctually but I was unhappy that it was just left outside my front door in full view of the street when I was not at home .
