WORST customer service, bunch of liars

Best not to do business with this company, they are extremely slow at helping you if you need assistance once you have their card and become their customer, there's no urgency and they simply do not care to reply via email, forget about calling them as you MAY get through after being on hold for 35-40 minutes, save yourself the hassle and headache and stay away from this company. They literally stole $370 from me, they confirmed that they have received my refund from the merchant but somehow their system is not releasing it internally, I've been waiting over a month now without any updates and they refuse to call me or email me back. Worst company ever, they literally steal your money and then avoid you. I have all the proof I need via email but there is nothing more I can do.

don't buy this pay Disneyplus card.

bought disneyplus 3 months card, went home with excitement.due to a 2 weeks school holiday I decided to get a subscription for my daughter.
after I register the code from the card that I bought, i receive an email which is the normal thing, its the redeem code. I thought everything was ok. when I checked my email, there's no redeem code or whatsoever, try to contact them but the lady doesnt know how to fix the problem. so now I lost 38.70chf.
fck this company!

i have been trying for 3 weeks to put…

i have been trying for 3 weeks to put in new password every time they tell me password same as before.!!!!!! why would i put same one in again.....
have been to Argos shop cant help wont return money or exchange card,have phoned ,emailed and got no help even though card is registered.so another customer who has lost £25 which was an 80th birthday present.Dont buy these cards they are taking your money but u get nothing back

30 euros for trash

I bought an disneyplus card for 3 months and wanted to check in on epayworldwide... My dates are wrong they say and this for about 15 times I tipe the right code. After an hour I found a contact for help and nobody answered. 30 euros for the trash thank you for nothing!

Very poor company purchased 2 gift…

Very poor company purchased 2 gift cards with a total of 100 pounds every time I went to use the came up as no funds available contacted the company through the very poor limited customer service and was told nothing helpfull just that it should be there still tried to use the cards and had the same out come I am down 100 pounds and the company is not willing to help what so ever avoid take your money then you loose it !

Avoid at all costs

I would have given zero stars if possible
I’ve been a customer of Epay for 15 years selling phone top ups in my convenience store
We’ve realised we have been losing money by offering this service as they charge £15 per month plus vat for the machine rental
Now Epay have said we must pay 6 months rental to terminate the 15 year old contract
So much for being a loyal customer
Avoid at all costs

YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Cant get any worse .
FRAUDSTERS AT THEIR BEST .
Been on the call for 20 minutes just to order some paper rolls .
the same advisor pretends to be the manager when i ask him to put me through one.( noman ahmed)
I strongly believe there is only member of staff, he fills all roles .
customer service cant get any worse.
put their card processing fee up by nearly 300% and apparently i have to pay £350 to leave when i am not even in contract..
after every topup they have their advertisement and expect customer to pay £10 for tiny box of paper rolls.
best advise stay away from this company .
I have been promised a call back within 48 hours which i know want be happening .
Looking into legal options.
Absolute nightmare and valuable time wasted

joke of a company .

joke of a company .
WARNING do not deal with them .
complete scam .
raised complaint after complaint never gets resolved.
the customer service staff are rude.
talk over you.
i would like the management to listen to the call made 17.00 hrs

Not recommended

simply not recommended.
representative will lie to trap you and company won't help you.
terminal print extra advertisement and eat your paper for nothing, company don't supply free paper and will ask for money to post it.
after contract company won't listen you, what representative said.

services works about 80%.
when 1 month left my contract, I spoke to end it, on the phone guy said they won't charge anything but they took £18 extra from my bill.
