Epic games is the biggest POS company out today, protecting hacker and cheaters instead of banning them, letting them hide anonymously is bullshit, and they dont perma ban anyone, 100s of reports and nothing, they need sued again and again until the make a fair game not bullshit cheaters getting protected by a company that shits on the loyal day 1 players, but nope they fire 1000 employees and now the game runs like complete shit,, good job azz faces!

They are a nightmare. A literal nightmare. I could not get one single thing solved with them.

This the worst by far gaming company there is everything is poorly optimized and too buggy , I wanted to play fortnite so I installed it the day before I checked it was installed and I opened it everything went fine but the next day it just uninstalled it self and the customer service is also garbage , please never use this platform steam is better in everyway possible

Worse than hitler, the launcher has been railing my pc through the ass just because I want to download ark survival evolved, I can’t install the game cus the installation will stop up and freeze. And I can’t uninstall either cus the dumbass launcher doesn’t work. I’ve restarted, and done all typical steps to try and make it work for the last 3 hours, I want a refund dude 😭 I’m gonna buy this shit on steam even though I paid for it here ngl, this launcher is so ass it makes it impossible to do the simplest of tasks. I've had months and months of not being able to access this account. An advisor at epic finally helped me to get to the bottom and sort this out.

Impossible to reach them. Imposssible to get back an account and my progression. They use an AI assistant that does not work, every solution they are proposing isn't functionning. The worst company I've ever seen in terms of helping their players.

Just had a problem with my account and I had no trouble getting in touch with a real person (via online chat). They fixed me up within 5 minutes and got my account back up and running the way it should. I see alot of bad reviews but honestly the problem is the users not the company. If people spent a little time learning how to navigate the games they have and read the instructions offered by both Epic and internet sources they would have a much better experience.

worst company OAT. the support is dogshit i missclicked when they asked my birthdate now my account is restricted and useless pls epic games shut down and delete yourself.

They set my my epicgames account to inactive and gave me no explanation as to why. 8 years of gaming and thousands spent and I lose everything with no reason given. Bunch of thieves. Do not spend your money with this scumbag company.

Absolutely abysmal launcher, I can see why the CEO of epic is trying to sue steam, so they can try and push this suboptimal trash on people, literally begging people to use this launcher, I cant even install 1gb on a shit update without it taking 2 hours 🫠 I probably could've installed fortnite on an Xbox faster than this trash application, i dont even like fortnite I just play it with friends once in awhile, hopefully epic will just release FN to everything without this awful launcher, you make so much money scamming children and you want us to go through this Absolutely awful and slow app???? im glad im not retarded and spend money on fortnut, to anybody thinking about using the EPIC LAUNCHER just get a xbox for cheap and use that to play fortnite, worst experience I've ever had from some shit like this, no wonder Gabe is winning

This is the most clunky app I've ever used. You have a perfect example of how not to do it: Steam. Everything works, but it's very sluggish and unintuitive. On the plus side, though, they often give away games, and sometimes you even come across some pretty good titles.

Epic games is the most piece of shit company ive ever been apart of. I lost access to the email to my main fortnite account and I did everything I could to change my email so i can use my current one. I waited 2 goddamn days just for them to tell me my account recovery request was denied for my own GODDAMN EMAIL. it cant be this hard to change an email. F you epic games from the top of my heart.

i got a fortnite card from target and put it in the website and purchased 800 V-Bucks for my switch. when i checked my balance, IT DIDN'T CHANGE! honestly the worst.

Absolutely ridiculous. ihve been trying for years to install and use the Epic Games Launcher, and it still doesn’t work. Every single time it throws connection issues at me like it’s 2005 even though my internet is fast and works perfectly fine for literally everything else.

How does a multi billion dollar company manage to ship something this broken? their launcher feels like a buggy, unfinished mess that no one properly tested.

I’ve tried everythin different networks, reinstalls, troubleshooting guide and nothing fixes it. Same errors, same nonsense, over and over again. At this pointit’s not even frustrating, it’s just embarrassing for them

The games are forcing you to spend your money or else your a weirdo and the games themselves are so buggy even with like 20m they're lazy and put low effort and they don`t listen to what the community say0s, instead they collaborate for money because they`re extremely greedy and all they care about is Money

Terrible experience with Epic Games! A “specialist” agent was unable to help me recover my account even though I provided a lot of information.

To put it simply, support is nonexistent if you get hacked, unless you’re an influencer who complains. Then, suddenly, they become responsive. It quickly becomes clear that they only act under pressure, when their image or business is at stake.

The way they treat players is appalling: they only move when they’re forced to. Cowardice seems to be their strong suit.

On the other hand, they suddenly become attentive when it comes to making purchases. So if you buy games from their store or V-Bucks,
And of course, when you actually need help with a hacked account, it’s the complete opposite, expect their generic responses:
“We were unable to confirm that you are the creator of the account,” which basically means: “We didn’t even take the time to properly review your request.”

Because yes, they prefer to keep employees who sit around doing nothing, since players don’t have enough power to make their voices heard anyway.

If all players revolted, Epic Games would collapse, and it would be well deserved given their arrogance and ego.

This company has no customer service branch and doesn't listen to complaints AT ALL. They will always do things their way and the voice of the consumer doesn't matter to them at all. This deserves no more than 1 star, it's genuinely bad.

besides everything happening its still a decent platform that always gives different free games and also runs smoothly, i couldnt stop using it

Always lose connection. Always freeze up and always blame other people’s equipment and never them self.
