I was conned by the person who sold me these tickets. He explicitly said “everything is included you don’t have to pay anything else” when i asked if i needed to make anymore payments.

When booking online i found out that it did not include paintballs. And to anyone, “all included” in a paintball ticket will OBVIOUSLY come with paintballs!!

It’s not about the refund anymore. You’re running a business and lying to people to buy what you’re selling. Zero principles

there was a pop up stand, where a guy (middle aged, white, around 5’11-6ft) sold us tickets, he told us he’ll do a good deal for us 80£ for 12 tickets we then brought the tickets, important to mention he specifically pointed at the poster and circled (with his finger) and said “all equipment included” we now have called them to confirm the dates when they told us we have to pay an additional 34.99 each for the paint balls. long story short these people are scammers and will make you think you’re getting a good deal when in reality they’re scamming you. they won’t provide you with correct and accurate information. i’ve asked for a refund and they said they won’t issue us it. the staff ended the call on me multiple times and were very very very unprofessional, one of the workers even raised his voice. very rude scamming people AVOID THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM THEY WILL SCAMM YOUUUU.

George was super friendly and helpful, had a great time.

Bought tickets from a mall seller and wow was i ripped off.

Tl:dr, its not just £7.50, theres an additional £11.99 for 'gear and 1st 100 paintballs', and a hidden additional 6% booking fee once you go to claim the tickets you bought, and they try mark up on the paintball packages

Oh and if they say "we have fields all over with all these cool scenarios" NO THEY DONT, they 100% will just book you in to the nearest field -probably your nearest delta force site lol which might i remind you charge £9.99 for entry, gear and 1st 100 balls then £11.99 per extra 100 or get a package deal - so they do sweet F.A whilst charging almost double on top of what it would cost to just book through the site directly

Id usually re-sell tickets I dont want or need but I guess Ill take the L as Id feel like scum doing that with these

Edit: going through their 'glowing' reviews leaves me even more suspicious

Hidden terms and conditions or they make them up as I had purchased tickets for a group to be told that is entry only and I need to pay per child per game as well as the paintballs.
Avoid and use a more reputable company who cares about it's customers.

George, Aaron and Summer were excellent hosts and made this a memorable experience.

Absolutely mint is all I can say. Conserve your balls though👀 Genuinely though otherwise you will get peppered. Staff were class aswell couldn’t have asked for better marshals👍 George and Harry, we go way back. Only kidding but if you get a night out let me come and no the marshals didn’t ask me to leave a review.

Very disappointing experience important information was not disclosed.

I was one of the people who purchased a ticket as part of a group booking. At the time of purchase, we were not informed that there was a mandatory requirement to purchase a minimum of 500 paintballs, and we could not find this clearly stated in the information provided.

Only afterwards were we told by phone that this additional purchase was mandatory and supposedly included in the terms and conditions. I find this concerning and misleading, as any mandatory additional cost or requirement should be clearly communicated before purchase.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone booking with this company to confirm all costs and requirements in writing beforehand.

Very disappointing experience – important information was not disclosed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Information that was not stated in the terms and conditions, brochure, vouchers or on the website was later presented to me over the phone as though it were a requirement contained in the terms and conditions.

I purchased 36 tickets after meeting their event manager in person. At no point during that meeting, when I was discussing and purchasing the tickets, was I told that I would subsequently be required to pay for a minimum of 500 paintballs.

When I later questioned this, I was told over the phone that purchasing the minimum number of paintballs was mandatory and that this was stated in the terms and conditions. However, while I had the paperwork and vouchers in front of me, I could not find this requirement in the documents I had been given, nor had it been explained to me when I purchased the tickets.

This is extremely concerning because if an additional mandatory cost exists, I believe customers should be told clearly before they purchase their tickets, not afterwards.

I feel that the way this was handled was misleading and left me feeling that additional money was being requested through information that had not been properly disclosed at the point of sale.

I have now provided my solicitor with the details of the phone conversation, the voucher/tickets I signed and received, and the information published on their website, so that he can review the matter and advise me on my rights under applicable consumer protection law and what further action, if any, may be appropriate.

I will also share my experience through Google and social media so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing.

I purchased 36 tickets for myself, friends and family. We will all have the opportunity to share our own genuine experiences of dealing with this company. I will also share my experience publicly through Trustpilot, Google and social media so that other potential customers searching for this company can see what happened before making a purchase.

If my friends and family choose to leave reviews, potentially 35 other people who have been affected, they will be based on their own genuine experience. I hope this will help other customers avoid finding themselves in the same situation and encourage the company to be transparent about all costs and requirements before customers purchase their tickets.

I would be happy to reconsider my review if the company contacts me, provides a satisfactory explanation and addresses the issue properly. Until then, I will leave my review in place to make other potential customers aware of my experience.
