Many troubles with “ resiliation”
Many troubles with “ resiliation”. Return label still didn’t arrive, more than 2 weeks after disconnecting material and many calls. Staff quite rude. Then 3 days after disconnecting receiving call that system alerted.why only after 3 days ? They ask for security code to be able to do something and to avoid the surveillance personnel to come by each time, will still happen they say for at least a month unless I give code and talk to technicians. Even though they see in the system all equipment is ready to be shipped. Would they even dare charge us then for all visits that are utterly unnecessary? Staff quite unfriendly again and had to bypass the system to put our surveillance in “ maintenance or travaux mode to avoid it going off. Even though we cancelled the contract. They still threaten with having to pay charges for a technician to pass for demounting material even though we did it ourselves but because of return label not arriving is still pending. Quite unprofessional. I have spent hours now on the phone with them. They had also suggested to bring the equipment to CIC partner bank for return, which I did but was sent back home.
