Absolutely shocking service today
Absolutely shocking service today.
I have been a regular customer for more than 4 years and travel 45 minutes each way.
Today I was kept waiting for 15 minutes (without an apology and without a previous client leaving the consultation room) only then to be told midway through my consultation that "there was bad news for todays appointment" I had erroneously been booked in for a different treatment and the Dr having looked at her diary for the rest of the evening did not have time to complete my treatment and so my visit was a complete waste of time. Perhaps if she hadn't kept me waiting almost 20 minutes she would have been able to provide the service I had booked in for.
Such total disregard for a longstanding client - I will not be returning.

I believe you have already spoken to my Assistant Manager who has explained that on this occasion a genuine booking error on our part played a big role in not being able to treat you last night.
We are sorry that the service level dropped and we hope you look to visit us at some point in the future. The offer made to you today is valid and will be valid should you decided to return to the clinic and see us again.
Once again we are very sorry the service level in this instance dropped well below the standards our patients have become accustomed too.

I absolutely love coming to the clinic - the whole team are super friendly and knowledgeable. On my last visit, Chloe recommended some treatments for my skin that have worked wonders, my skin looks the best it has in a long time, I'm delighted!

From the moment of my first telephone enquiry through to my initial consultation and first treatment, I have been impressed by the professionalism, excellent customer care and kindness shown by the staff at the Clinic. I was a little nervous prior to my initial consultation and first appointment for laser hair removal, but I need not have worried. The therapist immediately put me at my ease and explained clearly what the treatment would involve and what I needed to do between treatments to ensure the best results.

Rushed appointment with no follow up call
I had a online video appointment last year & spoke with the surgeon. I wasn’t very impressed with the appointment, it felt rushed. Then I was told the receptionist would contact me with dates and this never happened or a follow up call.
